Seated Movement and Mindfulness


Every Thursday 12pm

45 Minutes


This gentle practice takes place in a chair and is especially suitable for people with balance or coordination issues. Participants will increase their flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, while also improving their balance and relieving stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, gentle movement and a final relaxation. No prior mindfulness experience is required. Everyone is welcome to attend.
